In today’s highly competitive market, consumers focus not only on the functionality of N2O tanks but also prioritize safety, durability, and compliance with food-grade standards. When choosing an N2O tank, users expect it to provide more than just a stable output of high-quality gas. They demand multiple safety features, especially for sensitive applications like food processing.
To meet these expectations, Whipbester’s N2O tank features a unique valve design that delivers both safety and innovation. This valve includes an anti-disassembly device, which ensures long-term product safety. As a critical component, the valve provides strong technical support during use, reflecting our dedication to detail and quality.
Principle of Disposable Valve:
-
Gas-filling Status:
During gas filling, the retaining ring contacts the valve body, positioning O-ring B at the center of the valve. This allows air to pass between the stem and valve body, facilitating proper inflation.
-
Gas-filling Completed:
Once the gas is filled, pressure inside the cylinder presses O-ring B against the valve body, sealing the valve and preventing further airflow.
-
Post-filling:
After gas filling, the auxiliary part of the valve stem breaks. If a refill is attempted, O-ring A seals the valve, making refilling impossible and ensuring the cylinder remains for single use only.
Anti-disassembly Device:
When removing the cylinder valve, axial tension compresses the stop ring into a horizontal position. This action results in:
- The valve thread breaking, preventing removal.
- The lower end of the valve breaking, making it impossible to install a new valve for refilling.
Although our valves are tamper-resistant, they are still very simple to operate. Users only need to follow regular steps to easily switch the valve on and off, ensuring smooth use. And at the same time, the precision design of the valve ensures precise release of gas, making it suitable for various food production scenarios.
